Rumour has it a station in Quebec or something has been playing 'Mary'. I'm thinking since 'Day One' didn't go anywhere, they might have released this now or be releasing it soon. It needs a video either way.

i think i would've preferred Mary as the next single over Day One. but a video for either of those songs would be nice indeed.

I concur. If her record company is serious about breaking Sarah out big, they're gonna have to pony up the dough for more than one video per CD, as seems to be the pattern.

ANd if they don't pay for the video... Sarah should do one on her own. We could all volunteer our time as a crew... and a handicam goes a long way, I'm sure we could work out a theme...
Ooh! especialyl fi ti was Mary... it could be a mock-home video of her grandmother, on the boat (yes,I realize there were likely not handicams at the time, but go with it lol)

I agree, there MUST be more than one video for this entire CD...although I think my hopes for a When Another Midnight video are a little too high.

That is so interesting that there is such an interest in Mary. I remember reading numerous reviews for Day One (by critics I respect) who, if they liked the album at all, named Mary as the album's biggest flaw. I personally like the song (the lyrics/story are superb!), but hmmm... that's interesting.

i think california could be single material. it will be interesting to see what moves are made when Day One's world release happens. Lucky Me might get continued to be pushed as the #1 single?

alot of people gravitate towards Your Wish is My Wish cause it's closer to what I call 'old school Slean'. I think it's a fantastic song and I see where they're coming from but I like my Sarah dramatic and over the top haha.

Sadly, I think "The Score" is the least likely to get a video, and it's the one I want to see the most.

i never heard the buzz about mary. but it is one of my favourites on the album. i'm just glad another video has come out!

this song really tells a story that can be followed.

best idea i can come up with that the storry is played out in different modern circumstances. other wouldbe mothers taking a risk and facing challenges for their baby. the circumastance can range across age and location. maybe a single mother?
whatever the case is, i hope that it keeps on pushing a positive spin... that were happy for this mother and baby.... not apethetic to them.
