After watching all three of Sarah's videos, that got me wondering "Which of Day One's songs would I love to see visualized".

I think my top three are

1. When Another Midnight - I have this image in my head of sarah singing this with a slightly devious look in her eyes, and I'd love to see how this video would turn out.

2. Day One - Again, it would be very interesting to see which approach this video would take. It's a fun song and provides a lot of fun-sarah moments.

3. Mary - I think this would make a very beautiful story/video. Much like High. I picture it as being like an old-time movie, not in black and white but very dark colours.

Any thoughts or comments?

You read my mind with all three. Freaky.

When Another Midnight and Mary have such great potential for great videos... specially after hearing the background behind Mary.

I think Pilgrim would be amazing too. After seeing her perform it live I know something visually amazing could come about. Very dark.

I was just thinking about that, hopefully it's not going to happen. We need more videos!

I'd love to see "The Score" done up as a video...there's so much drama in this song/story, it would be a treat to see it visually.

One would imagine any video production for the "next" single is already done or at the very least in production.

I'm going to join the bandwagon and say "When Another Midnight"...and then of course there's "Out In the Park" which is my personal favourite...conjures up many images...

Personally `Out in The Park` I'd love to see as a video. I could picture sarah doing a surrealistic approach to it.. and have a big polkadot parasol or something, walking barefoot.... maybe inticing all those bay street bankers with her magic, or something.

Polkadot parasol--I love it! What an excellent vision ...oh, the bay street bankers...all dressed in aubergine (Sarah, not the bankers..)...aubergine is my new favourite colour

Ooh, I totally agree. This song always gives me the most dreamlike, surrealist imagery... I would be so excited to see what can be done with it.

For some reason, the images I always get for "The Score" are in animation in the style of "Nightmare Before Christmas".

Tim Burton-esque.

Funny, I've always gotten a Tim Burton vibe off that song too... mainly from the circus in "Big Fish".

WOuld love to see OITP visualized myself. Can just picture it now.

Day One would be great too... I could see it is a representation of the dawn of time... light slow creeping up on the horizon... building up to modern day at the end and then a prompt return to the past.

I haven't seen Big Fish, but I've heard it was pretty good. I dunno, to me The Score is just all in that clay animation.

I think 'Pilgrim' would make a fantastic video. As would 'When Another Midnight'. Hell any song from this cd would be great in visual form.

and she specifically talks about how she "visually" writes songs and simply adores the entire process of making her videos.

hmmmmm....then why only one video per CD?? :cry:
