hm...i think it's just a hyperbole to further emphasize the point... i guess paradoxes rarely sound sane..? haha sorry for the horrible response, but thats all i could think of
I heard Tori Amos once describe terrorism as "impossing upon someone's personal space and inforcing an emotion or act upon someone". I always think of that when I hear that lyric. To me, spreading love like a terrorist is just showering that emotion on everyone she comes in contact with. That's my 2 cents!
I think Jewel pretty much summed it up quite well. I interpret it as just an endless barage (sp?) of love. Think of a water balloon fight, but wih love balloons...lol
