I could be totally wrong, but the way I personally interpreted the line was someone speaking eloquently of their troubles with others instead of perhaps insulting them...as in, I picture Sarah calmly (and courageously) talking through her troubles instead of screaming angrily or reacting in an unbecoming manner. How courageous, how classy, how brave! Does that make sense to anyone?
I just picture her saying something lovely and poetic to express her view of a struggle with another person, waxing poetic rather than ranting and perpetuating the conflict. Smiling and poised, explaining her troubles over a glass of (red) wine.
But who knows? We'll have to ask Sarah what she meant, I'm sure all our interpretations make sense, but I do wonder how SHE meant it.
