i posted an arseload of my favorite lines in my journal. i won't post them all here, as that will take up a rather large amount of space, but here are the ones that stand out Smiler

"Pilgrim, wheres your head at
Are you paying the birds to sing
Well it wont work on the true path
Where the rich are growing wings
If the ancient wisdom came in bottles
I would tell my tarot where to go
But I dont know who would do the dishes
Cause Id be laying wasted in the road
...My tears! My tears!
My kicking up the love dirt
I feel its the only way"

"Still I wish I was by your side" (this has extreme relevance)

"Baby - your wish is my wish
Keep on running to the door
I heard Beauty crying in her sleep
So I bent for one more kiss
And her tears will turn and twist
We make bliss to end all bliss
And all time"

I'd be more inclined to help him
if he could remember my name.

"she's out in the park conducting the birds
trying to remember which bicycle's hers
filling her pockets with handfuls of dirt
it's amazing
out in the park
fight the war
what are your hearts and your wheelbarrows for
lean on me man, i don't keep score"

and

"come out, come out
it's not like we're strangers here"

"My tears
my tears
my kicking up the love dirt
I fear it's the only way"

"A wise man once tried to tell me
How to sugar-coat the grave
But the game is for the adults
And I dont know how to play
O where will I go?
Toss me out to sea
When the jars all out of candy
dont come blaming me.
And you're sad, And you're sorry.
Well let it all out.
What are you running for?
Tell the whole world!
We're waiting.
Im taking my seat
O Lucky Me"

"Terrible calm, Terrible cold
This dream I have is gold
Easier now, a place to go
Vertigo"

"I know better
I know better still I wish I was
By your side

"The taxi open window
The summer on the wind
I'd ask about a lover
But how would I begin?"

"This time
The pleasure's all mine
I've got your number
I know the score
I'd be a hopeless romantic
But for the fortune I made
in gold"

and my signature

Oh how the terrifying choice
was clear!

This time...
oh the pleasure is all mine!
I've got your number
I know the score!
And I'd be
a hopeless romantic...
but for the fortune I made
The fortune I made
The fortune I made
in gold.

2 Lines particular that stand out in my head are:

"And on a frosty window
She writes her name
...
Toughest of the tough but still a lady "
- I can't help but imagine her writting her name in the frost.

"Oh it's time for a new dress" - When Another Midnight
- It's a bit of an odd line and does appear a bit silly. The song seems to ring out a bit like UK hip hop (garage) but that line just reminds me of Sarah.

And all of Your Wish is My Wish, which I think is so painfully melancholy and poetic

well.. I'm new here (hi to all!)
my name (on here) is one of my favorite lines
"when the jars are out of candy don't come blaming me.."
and
"when it comes time for kneeling she'll say "you go first!""
I don't know if there's much relevance to myself so much so as those lines just struck me..
I'm sure subconsciously I've overlooked something and they've really hit a chord with me lol!
