I just read the updated Vitamins on the main page and was suprised to see The Village listed. I don't know if I'm suprised that such a mainstream movie landed in the vitamins or that Sarah liked it that much. I didn't find that movie to be all that good....

I thought The Village was really well made. I liked the concept of it all, that the monsters weren't real after all ... I always hate it in movies where they get you going on one thing, like a monster or aliens, and then they show it and you're totally disappointed ... like 'Signs' ...

I totally agree Kristilyn. "Signs" was a big disappointment for me, what with all the build up only to get let down by the ending. I won't say more for those who haven't seen it yet. But I gave up on M. Night after that movie, and thus never saw "The Village". The trailer seemed somewhat intriguing, but I had my doubts ever since. But if you and Sarah give your recommendation, then perhaps a rental is in order.

Cheers.
