sigh... i never got to make a video and i just gave up because i couldn't find a computer to work it. even with the school computers! aah well. guess will have to do it the old fashioned way and try to save up money for a trip instead. lol. hope whoever wins though has an awesome time!

I tried to tell a story about two women being played by a faceless man (the coward). One is the sort of plain looking "wife" at home. The other is beautiful seductress in a red dress who spends night and day waiting on the man, who never comes to her. In the end the women realize that their positions are in fact the same and come together in a way by getting out of the situation and turning their backs on him.

*sigh* Looks like we're in the same boat. I have officially given up as well. They said they'd get back to me, but it's almost been two weeks and the site still won't work for me. I wasn't even really trying for first prize...all those hours wasted. Good luck to everybody that entered though!

My vote count has gone crazy. I just went to click on my video again and it jumped from 12th to first. I was shy of 5,000 votes and 10 minutes later it jumped to 800,000. It keeps gaining 1000s of votes by the second.

I didn't execute a script or anything, I don't have that know how to do that. I didn't do anything unusual on my end outside of restarting my computer.

I am emailing help.

so something weird. i too received that e-mail saying i was one of the first 100 people to submit a video. i guess amidst all my random clicking i accidently submitted an empty or near empty video?! ah well... not complaining! would love to get that limited edition poster! =)

I just received my poster.

SPOILER ALERT , highlight to read.
It's identical to the album cover and sized 12" x 12" (like an LP cover). The paper stock is really heavy. I received # 99/100.

It arrived in a rolled up sleeve of cardboard in fairly good condition. Just a small white speck on the far side that may have occurred in printing. The signature penned in silver looks excellent.

Just had a look at Jro's video again to see how many views it gained since the contest closed and he was announced as the winner.

Vote count: 37068
View count: 37766

22 votes were able to be added to his count after the contest was closed. The number of views in the last 16 days is 250. In the last hours before the contest closed the top 10 videos were receiving 1000s of views/votes per hour each.
