E - easy as pie with Quicktime.

Black Widow has now been bumped to early 2006 on CBC. From the Black Widow site:
"BLACK WIDOW will be broadcast throughout Canada early in 2006 on the CBC Television performing arts series "Opening Night". The exact air date will be posted here in the near future. Check the "Opening Night" season schedule at www.cbc.ca/openingnight." The CBC site has not yet been updated - though I expect it will be in the coming weeks.
