Did Sarah Slean ever toured with Sarah Harmer at one of the concerts?? There is a song called "My Invitation" (from "Night Bugs") which is a live version I got off the internet at WiNMX. :?

I don't think they ever toured together. However, I know she did sing for her at the Cute Mute Girl Show. I think it was `Sweet Ones` if I am not mistaken!

Sarah Harmer sang "My Invitation" at the cute mute girl show. Also, in a live recording of "oh man" that I have (in rochester) she mentions that "we're at the sarah harmer show". The line goes something like that. Perhaps they've never toured together but they have played together.

No they haven't fully toured but they were once good friends and would co-show together and when sarah harmer started getting more popularity, sarah slean would often open for her (in the toronto area anyway).

In October when I went the Sarah Harmer concert, I was talking to her afterwards and mentioned Day One and Sarah H. said that it was a fantastic CD and that she'd been playing it during intermission.

They've played together on a couple of small tours (Ontario + northeastern U.S.).

well I don't know that they are close anymore, but not for a falling out or anything. I just haven't heard of them talking about each other recently (within the past few years).

On the ooooold sarahslean.com there were pictures of the 2 sarahs hanging out at the Harmer farm.

Yes, I saw Sarah Slean for the first time ever when i had no idea who she was and she was opening for Sarah Harmer at my school (brock) ... to echo everyone else, they have done a numebr of southern ontario/WNY dates together

Okay, I recently stumbled onto a live version of "My Invitation" with Sarah Harmer singing backup/harmony to ss.

Anyone else know of this live track? when and where??
