I FINALLY managed to reach a person at the Spin Gallery instead of their machine. However there is not a lot of news yet about tickets and such.
There are going to be seperate openings for the media and for the public and as soon as the person on the phone learned that I wasn't media he just rushed me off the phone telling me that info would be on their site in a couple of weeks and then hung up
Sooooo Passioneers, it's time to start working those media connections The press release for the media is being organized now. If anyone hears any info post it please

Hey elizabeth, nice to know that they are doing to 2 openning nights.
I presume it's the media night on the 2nd and 'public' show on the third.
I wouldn't worry too much about things. I believe a contest of some sort might run on this site. Whatever the case, I believe there will be some effort made to give fans a chance to go.
Might be nice to pester MMM to make sure they cover it
Wonderful information there. I think they used about every key phrase that would have had my dying to go to this event had I not known either artist at all. Also now I want to find this church where Sarah bought the childrens illustrations! I am so jealous of that find!
I can let you know that the "Advance viewing and Opening Gala" are media invites only So that's not so much fun HOWEVER the artwork sounds like it's going to be amazing, I think I'm going to need to go more than once to this...

Winners haven't been posted yet but I figured I'd go ahead and make my post here anyways.
For those who don't win passes to the Opening Gala on Feb. 3rd would anyone like to do a Passioneer Art Day on Saturday the 4th? The gallery is open from 12-6pm on Saturday. So maybe mid afternoon sometime?
Anyone interested?

Does anyone know that area of town well enough to know of a good meeting spot near to the gallery? Or would people prefer to meet up at the gallery itself?
Also does anyone have a time preference? The gallery is open from 12-6.
