It was at the Celebrate Toronto street festval this weekend. They were also squirting water at people, I remember seeing one kid run off crying after getting wet.

Indeed... they were, quite simply, called the "Big Heads." I enjoy everyone's perplexed expression in the photos I took of them. Especially the poor child in the photo above.

If they are of a large size links might be nicer then using the image tag as it may take usrs awhile to load. sometimes photographers frown on direct linking aswell. Cameron
