My landlord decided that 8:00 this morning would be a good time to recarpet the stairs just above my basement suite....nothing like getting woken up by a saw BEFORE your alarm....

I went for a walk time for the first time in forever today. Six hours of walking around a small town. Fun stuff.

I ran for the first time in forever on Tuesday night...in the dark, in Toronto. I got a cramp in my stomach and leg. It was definately not fun. Not at all.

I should run just to get some excerise, but so is working 6 hours of standing up and walking around while washing dishes and scrubbing the stickiness off the floor... *exhales*

Jim, I understand completely....
When I mentioned a few posts up that I was running in Toronto, I failed to say that I was runnning faster than I ever had before to catch my last bus home that night... which I ended up missing!! It was pulling away just as I got to the platform at the bus station. :cry:
I was running in bare feet too. Ewwww!!!

Happy birthday joel!!! I just got in from Montreal. Woooooooooo . Well, not really just got in from Montreal... I stopped at a friend's cottage near kingston for a few days. I was there for Diverscit�, and got to see a handful of cool live acts.... and partied my ass off!!
