You might expect it to bring you down, but really, it�s quite liberating. Why waste your time on guys who are just not that interested?

On a more weird topic: I just realize while I was walking around the streets, I noticed that Sesame Street's puppets are just the rendition of the every people and problem in real life. Example:

Big Bird - steroids (seriously, who would've seen a bird that large?)
Oscar the Grouch - the poster puppet for the bums and homeless
Elmo - mental disabled that talks in third person (see "Jimmy" from Seinfeld!)
Cookie Monster - eating disorder
The Count - charismatic autism who likes to count
Snuffolopogus... the hairy elephant - a minority in the streets (ever remember to spell his name or even say it?)
Glover - lack of intelligence
and of course...
Burt & Ernie - (if you can't see it, you find out soon enough...)

lol one woman in a class of mine this year brought up that tshirt slogan and said she was against it because she had a son and didn't want people to throw rocks at him. I kid you not. I figured the poor kid either is really embarassed by her or is a huge suck. Poor kid either way though lol

I have had two expensive pieces of electronics equipment die on me, exactly 24 hours apart. If things come in three, sometime near 11 pm tonight, something else should break. Maybe it'll be my fridge, or my printer, or my other cell phone... :'(

there are 2 possible answers to your question Pam.

1.) the reason you find them so interesting is somehow intrinsic to why they are impossible... or

2.) they know how "intersting" they are and are cocky about it, making them impossible.

My dears, in this context, NOTHING is impossible. Perhaps difficult, requiring some investment of time and heart, some risk-taking and some compromise, but not impossible.

As for cocky - I'll disagree with you Nic, as I'm thinking its probably a safe bet that any cockiness would cancel out the interesting-ness.
