[quote:eb1814bf00="nikolita"]he thought they werent?????[/quote:eb1814bf00] I was watching CPAC earlier today and he kept referring to "homosexuals AND Lesbians"... when clearly that's redundant. starting singing it not knowing what it was and they'll continue singing it forever just....

I really hate cell phone companies. But I love it when random people actually have solutions. Like today, when I called a place that supposedly does on-site service and I found out that if I go there tomorrow they'll fix my phone for the second time immediately. This after speaking to people at the Rogers store, Rogers' toll free number, Motorola's Customer Support line, and Radio Shack. None of the ones before had a fucking CLUE what the problem was, nor had they even HEARD of it. This random guy in Scarborough (who is not only an authorized Motorola technician, but works at a Rogers store thingy), as soon as he heard my problem, knew the EXACT problem, and of course it was the fault of the people who fixed my phone the first time, installing the wrong damn software!!!! How stupid do you have to be to install the wrong software on a phone? How do you get authorized if you don't even know enough to install the right software? UGH. OK, I'm done ranting (for now)....

Check out the prison movie "Lock Up" from 1989 (available on DVD) with Sly Stallone. It features the song "Vehicle" by The Ides Of March from 1970 which is in the middle of the movie or go to the scene selection. The remake was done by American Idol runner-up Bo Bice! The movie was a flop at the box office back in August of 1989.

As Dr. Neo Cortex said to Crash Bandicoot in "Twinsanity" (Playstation 2) from last year: "Like the fleas from your fur I keep coming back!" :x They also fight in the next segment "Rollerbrawl" (Cavern Catastrophe) & Cortex says "Have mercy, mercy" because Crash grabs Cortex in the neck. They became friends until the end of the game.

After a nasty interaction with the concierge yesterday that left me frazzled the rest of the afternoon... the Karma Police renewed the overall balance of good and bad in my life... I got my computer back today from Acer repair with this message on the desktop: [quote:2c3ff97555]Customer original and exchanged hard drive are defective. Usually we dont backup customer data, but I backed up only files as much as possible. This messsage is only for your records. Thanks.[/quote:2c3ff97555] I had managed to back up most of my files before my hard drive completely died, but had lost almost all of my mp3 collection. Which, overall, was not terrible since I had most of the music on cd anyway. BUT, I did lose a lot of good stuff that had been sent to me over the years... including some rare Hayden mp3s, among others. Soooo... yipppeeee.... I am currently dancing around my apartment to the Dirty Dancing soundtrack... Take THAT nasty concierge!!! There ARE good people in the world! ~nicole g
