 ops: thank you for your kind encouragement.Even though I barely know you all... only from the comfort of my computer screen... your kind words really hit the spot in moments like the one I am having now, where I just got off the phone with my 13 year old brother whom I haven't seen for more than a year and won't see for at least another year. I love him more than every other person I know combined. :cry: But I embrace this scary new adventure. With hope and apprehension and courage and uncertainty. I feel like I have sprouted a pair of little wings, while at the same time lost a leg or two. It reminds me of the saying: "If you have 2 legs, walk. If you have 1 leg, hop. If you have no legs, fly." God speed my heart to Mexico tomorrow... I hope it won't arrive too long after me. ~ng |
