Sarah first played this song for the Cohen DVD titled "I'm Your Man". She also played Everbody Knows.
The Sarah's version of the songs have not been officially been released, nor were they part of the DVD. (The circulation of unofficial recordings are not supported on this forum)
The version of I'm Your Man she played on tour was really different as she took to the piano solo rather then standing up and playing the vocals to a supporting band.
