[quote:9811bb1913="YenC"]You can buy it at the merch table after every show. I think it's around $10-15. [/quote:9811bb1913]
Does the price of the cd's vary from show to show? Cos I paid 20 bucks each for mine. Not that I mind paying that much for them, but I do kinda feel gipped if they sell them for 10 bucks elsewhere.
Cheers. [You give them your music, but they just want a song]
I have no idea. But now that I think about it, maybe it was the venue trying to make a couple bucks off the merch as well? We'll see what it'll be at the Phoenix then.

I bought it at her show on Saturday. It was $20. I also got 'Universe' for $10. Now I just need to get that green CD and I'll have them all. I can't believe how different Sarah's voice is on those first two CDs.
I think there's a sense of naiveness in Sarah's voice, it's so pure and melodic. Yet in her newer albums, nightbugs, and especially Day One her voice is much more powerful, and has some wisdom behind it. She is sure of herself, and lets that out through her msuic. Although, during live performances you can still hear the soft pureness of her voice....wow...can't wait for saturday!!! I should really get off this board and study for my exam tomorrow!

I got Universe for $10 and Blue Parade for $15. I think i remember at the Waterloo show the EP was selling for $5. Too bad I paid $10 for my copy. It's odd how the prices are varying per show.
Well, her voice on the first two albums is so plain compared to the last two. She has that caberet feel with her last two where her voice is like going to a broadway musical. So full of life! But her first 2 CDs she sounds really plain like she's not really fully into it. I find she sounds a lot like Sarah McLachlan in those songs so she doesn't really have her own vocal sound. I'm trying to make up a food analogy to her voice but I can't because I can't really explains how her voice sounds to me. The smokey broadway caberet feeling is the best I can come up with.
