Totally falling in love with this album all over again. So beautiful. I had completely forgotten about the beautiful little gems on this piece. Me & Jerome is so... FUN and sweet. Universe, sheer beauty. Weight is so.. different. I love that. Ooh I could go on but I won't, *sigh*. But what's with the little alien on the back? Was Sarah an X-Phile back in its day?

In other news, I totally agree with you. Universe is perhaps one of the best Slean songs ever. Angel is awesome too.

Personally I loved the show until Duchovny left. Gave up on it after that. Stayed on long after it "jumped the shark".

And re: X-Files... I got into that show late (3rd season or so I think) but watched religiously after that... I actually didn't mind when Mulder left -- and I LOVED Reyes, she was awesome... Mulder's replacement (Doggitt?) wasn't as great... and yes i agree, nothing ever got explained. I think that was the point. I wanna know what happened to the 2nd movie (where everything would, once again, be fully explained).

Yikes! A spy! She'll probably see me in the front row, with my Passioneers 'P' displayed proudly.

Universe has been my favourite Slean song since I first saw her perform it live. It was the performance of that song that made me fall in love with Sarah and her music.

still my favourite of sarah's recordings, although i do love blue parade... very much.
