Anyone attending the Winnipeg show at the Burton Cummings Theatre on May 11th?

This'll be my first time seeing Sarah (so excited!!). Just bought my tickets today (I know I'm a bit late, but I actually was unaware she was playing in Winnipeg until Friday). I'm in the 10th row floor, not bad I suppose.

Can't wait!

Anyone know how long her shows are typically? (I know this is dorky, but I have work the next morning and I have to be up at 5:30am)

I'll be at the show (I don't think I've missed a Sarah show in Winnipeg -- minus when she did back-to-back shows a few years ago and I only went to one of them -- since 2002).

I'm a bit concerned with the show being less than a month away and there being tickets in the 10th row still available. She always packs the WECC, but this being a much larger venue (and there being pretty much NO advertising for the show anywhere), I'm worried people just haven't heard about it (just like you didn't know until Friday).

She's known to play for up to 2 hours, so with an opener expect the show to end a little more than 3 hours after the doors open.

4th row floor, I'm also dragging a horde of friends with me. Her last show at the WECC was full to the brim, hopefully there'll be a good turn out.

I'm going with some friends tonight too, and I'm also a little worried about the switch to a larger venue. We're in the 8th row I think; I'm glad we all managed to get great seats. Smiler

I was pleased to hear Royal Wood was opening - I loved the song "Chamomile" that he released a few years back.

What an AMAZING show.

Too bad I was a little too far back to get any good shots of her on stage. If anyone has any, please share!

(I was too busy telling her how much I loved her that I forgot to ask her to personalize the autograph. Frowner)

I have to say, I'm rather jealous of the lot of you that got to go to the Winnipeg show. Emm Gryner was in the audience and at the Merch table to help Sell Royal's CDs.

Jealous, Jealous, Jealous.
