OH!! OH!! OH!!!! I JUST FIGURED OUT THE CLOWN MUSIC REFERENCE
OMG. I can't believe I never noticed this before but I was just listening to the album and figured it out!!!

OK, in Out In The Park, around 2:45 into the song, for the lines:

Oh out in the park!
By way of the dark
The summer sun will be ours...

There really IS clown music!!! Well, I'm glad I solved THAT mystery!!
