I caught Sarah doing an interview .. I think it was Musique Plus . the show I think was similiar to Much On Demand (or the logo anyway lol) .. I don't recall much of the interview except that she loved the cello and heard about Jorane .. erm she mentioned about how she went away to some cabin to write her Day One album because she had some questions she wanted to think about/answer. They later did some psych tests as they called it, asking her to do word association and ink blot tests. The only word association I remember is for "Paris" Sarah answered with "L'amour" (love). She performed Day One and Mary (about her grandmother she said) .. brilliant! This aired Monday I think. Did any one eee this?

Awesome....was the interview in French or English? In otherwords, was it a Musique Plus production or a Much production - meaning it might be broadcast sometime on MMM or Much.

It was in English but the guy would translate a summary of Sarah's answers in French, quite fast! LOL .. It's a Musique Plus production. The VJ was one of the French ones .. no one from MM or MMM.

i think your the only one so far. im outside of the musique plus brodcast area.

would have loved to see that. hopefully MMM does air it but i don't recall them using musique plus footage that often. the only times i recall much taking footage from their sister station is for the New Music and Egos + Icons.

Hopefully someone was able to recorde it.

Well I only saw it because I was in Kingston visiting friends so .. stole the TV in the morning as I woke up to Sarah Slean! lol. There was also a cute moment when the VJ translates her answers, just a waterfall of French words lol and then Sarah just goes .. "well done!" afterwards as if she were a French pro! lol .. as far as I know, she isn't right? LOL.

I don't think she's fluent, but I think she speaks french comfortably. She spent some time in France before Night bugs... and has a fond affection for both the country and language.

Sarah actually spoke trying to pick up french while touring with Jorane through quebec.

She knows a little, but I don't think shes near fluent yet.

Sarah said "i think in french, and it's sexy" or something like that *l*
she also said we smell good looking. =p
