Does anyone reading this not like Jeff Buckley's music? I think that jeff and sarah are very similiar in the honesty and passion combined with delicate beauty in both of their music.
I love sarah's music so much for (particularily Blue Parade/Universe) the wonderful softness and yet rigid truth/sense of the struggle/pain, and yet proud and aware of her sadness- not really dispair-just saturation with her feelings in her voice. I like her transition into Night Bugs and Day One as it seems she may have dealt with alot of darkness and personal prisons enough that she has this radiant opening of color(and production  ) and it feels more open and free, less constricted, and filled with wonder and excitement through a new door. I feel like her music is a soundtrack for my own life sometimes! It's music that lives and grows with you everyday. I just love it, and I love how really good music can connect to you with every beat of your heart.
Jeff Buckley also does this. He is so free with his voice and expression, he seems to almost be improvising every note guided with the torment and beauty in his very soul. Its so damn real and present, with such consuming passion. I can't get enough of that in this world of masks.
