Wowee, that was quite a bit of lovely footage of Sarah. Great performance of Lucky Me- except for that piece of hair that was so annoying (was it just me?). And Play With Fire with Razorlight was really nice as well. And I actually understood most of the French! It was funny watching Sarah switch between English and French though. I wonder what all the viewers thought?

That was really interesting to watch! I was able to understand most of it as well. I liked her "declined" echo... hehe. I bet she was pretty frustrated with the Tori comparisons... he didn't really give her a chance to speak on that. I didn't understand all of what he was saying but it didn't seem very fair. It looked like she felt kind of awkward the way they interrupted with the Tori and Radiohead music... it kind of overpowered the conversation. But, I really enjoyed the Playing With Fire performance!

I would like to know what Sarah actually was saying during the Tori comparison. To me she seemed happy.

[swoon] I think that was the most attractive I have ever seen Sarah. [/swoon]

If you watch the Bonus video they have some great clips. Sarah playing Wake Up on guitar and All My Trouble (Joan Baez). It's the first time I have seen Sarah play the guitar. Smiler She also plays a bit of Bach on the piano.

If any our French friends can translate what was being said when the host and director of the show were trying to tell Sarah to do something as "it's important for tv". The scene is when Razorlight is signing the wall.

I really enjoyed the stones cover. It's one of my favourite songs of theirs and think they did a great job with it.

I finally saw about half of the bonus section! For some reason my computer takes a ridiculously long time to load the video so it took me about an hour to get that far. Great to see her playing the guitar!

We're all in agreement - the backstage footage was a very nice touch on the website's part!

Those of us lucky enough to be audience members of Sarah's performances only see about one hundredth of everything that's going on while someone's on stage... Twas a lovely glimpse into the underworld =)

I loved the bit of Bach she played... she takes Gould everywhere with her, doesn't she...

Two votes here for keeping us updated on TV appearances, Canadian, French, and otherwise!

I believe he was asking her if she could use a little bit of make-up on her eyes because she looked tired. And she says okay.

Wow- thanks so much for pointing out the Bonus section, ProdigyBoy! I totally missed it the first time around. I love watching backstage stuff, since I want to go into film/theatre production. That was a real treat. I've been waiting to see Sarah perform Wake Up, so it was great to see her play a bit of it in that. Plus, I must say I love Sarah without makeup. So gorgeous either way!

great performances, I loved the stones cover and it was funny to see her start off in french and then just fall back into english...

^^ ProdigyBoy

I am unclear on your question.

Sarah really wants to involve more video on her site but has/is experiencing some legal stops in doing so.

Hi there,

I've been reading this board for a while and felt compelled, after watching the video, to point out that what I heard was different...and kind of sweet. Sarah was asked if she'd mind opening her eyes a bit "for tv" and she said "c'est tres dur pour moi" (I may be paraphrasing) meaning "it's hard for me," and then agreed to do it. I believe it's because she sings with her eyes closed.

Now that I think about it, I definitely remember that as well.
