Idea City 2005 ads are airiing on City TV now.
One of the few quotes they use is given by Sarah. She somthing along the lines about it "being a life changing experience"

You can see a bit more Sarah's quote on the ideacity page. Check the last half of this quick time video (following neko case)

they used that same quote in the commercials for ideacity last year. she appeared 3 years ago... though she wasn't a part of the conversation aspect... she did perform a few songs and as far as I know... was able to sit in and listen to the conversations.

LOL It's kind of sad that they would recycle so much. Is anybody attending?
Aww... she's so young! Smiler

` I wanna be the bluebird singing
Singing to the roses in her yard
Roses in her yard her father grew for her
It's been raining like Tennessee honey
So long I got too heavy to fly
Ain't no bluebird ever gets too heavy to sing `

it's a costly thing.
$2,000 if you register before the 1st (and then you may need to miss a few days of work).

I believed Sarah had played on her 25th birthday and was one of the final day of performances.

I wish most of it was brodcasted on basic cable.

Wow, that [i:35b87cc05b]is[/i:35b87cc05b] expensive! It might be the frugal student coming out in me, but that's almost one semester's tuition. :S

ooh! volunteering. brilliant idea. If only it didn't require taking time off work Frowner

I 'volunteered' at the Juno Awards a few years ago, as a seat filler. That was awesome. There's so much you can get for free for volunteering, it's the perfect activity!

LMFAO! I am more amused by the title of "seat filler." It's so cute! Now I want to be a seat filler. Big Grin

Haha yes I didn't mean that.

But yes, being a seat filler was SOOOOOO fun Smiler

Jann Arden walked right by me... and because we were all mislocated near the beginning of the show we literally ran THROUGH a MuchMusic interview that George was conducting! lol. And I got to see the Moffatts lip synch! lol.

Wow.. that is QUITE the glamerous life you lead hahaha That would be wicked though to be a seat filler. I was an audience member once for England's "TRL".. but I would have rather poked my eyes out then watch an interview with Busted. It was disappointing.
