Sarah made a second consecutive return to the Governor General's Performing Arts Awards Gala that took place on November 4, 2006 at National Arts Center in Ottawa.

Well at least it was an interesting program. I was sad to not see Sarah but I did learn a lot about some interesting Canadians, it's a win for the night

It looks like the information that I used from CBC was not correct as BW noted that was for 2004. They most likely recycled the old program quote.
I did search the GG page and looked for a second source but I couldn't find another list of this year's performers. At this time I still can't find one.
