I saw it ... it was different. I thought it was cool that she's covering Sarah, but it just wasn't the same.

She is my favorite one, though ...

http://www.cdbaby.com/all/kristilyn <-- these are my CDs. Smiler "This music is in the vein of Terami Hirsch (without the electrics), Sarah Slean (without the drunk-ish vocals) and perhaps, Tori Amos (without the nuts)." Amy Lotsberg, Collected Sounds.

i haven't watched that show since the last time i posted.... lol. but from the sound of it i don't think i want to go watch that clip because i don't want to hear it being wrecked... maybe when i'm really bored i'll go check it out and see if it really was that bad.... though i must agree that it's REALLY COOL someone sang a Sarah Slean song on a national program! =)

Wow, that's pretty neat. On YouTube their is a video of Case Western Reserve University's all female acapella group, Solstice, performing their arrangement of Sarah Slean's Sweet Ones.

My ipod was fuzzing out today as I passed through guelph with a competing radio station, and the music sounded really good. Tuned into CBC Radio 2 to find them playing Lonley Side of the Moon. The sounds better everytime I hear it.

They played the recording from the Art of Time/Schubert show. A link is on the CBC radio 2 page website if you want to hear the song.

The host spoke about recommending Tim Burton to use the song in a film.

I caught that too! They played it on The Signal.

If anyone wants a direct link to the concert page on the cbc website, click here (the one where Sarah sings solo with the art of time ensemble) or here (the Schubert Source and Inspiration one). I think they're also on the main Sarah Slean homepage, but I thought hey, why not post them again. I mean I already had them bookmarked anyways Razzer
