What about those of us who are inspired but completely talentless? What do we do?

you could write about being a fan of hers ... there's gotta be at least one gushing love letter to her in this scrapbook!

Don't panic, I'll get the arc, you get the animals.

[quote:daafcc73cb="preciousthings"]Ha that would be fun.. to have Sarah as a roomie. I bet she would have been wicked fun in University[/quote:daafcc73cb]

That'd be so cool. I would learn so much from her if I even knew her in university. Of course I'm talking about when she was still in school as well. No doubt she would've already possessed a worldly amount of artistic talents. And if I could've learn one thing from her, it would be how to compose a tune.

Cheers.

I like the suitcase idea, although 3 of them may be a bit too much. It'd be cool to put in certain items relating to her alter egos though.

Of course, I like the idea of the suitcase or mulitple suitcases... and as much as I am a nutty creative person... I am also practical.

As it is... the production team is small (and needs to be small to get anything done)... though of course consensus and all that fun stuff needs to be made as a big group.

If we were to make/decorate a suitcase... realistically... up to THREE people would actually get their hands on that project... in which case, those three people could make it on their own outside of the scrapbook project and give it to sarah and it's still cool and great and grand and all that jazz.

I think the scrapbook is the most practical because everyone gets a page and pages are EASY (not to mention CHEAP) to send by mail... rather than a dress or a suitcase or whatever.

I think this is AWESOME that so many people have so many awesome ideas but let's keep our feet on the ground at the same time our heads are in the clouds.

As for bristol board... that's great... use it.

I suggested 12x12 because you will get more creative space and it won't look like it belongs in a notebook.

PHEW... I *think* I answered all the questions and threw in my opinions to boot.

If you haven't gotten an email from me through navy soup... here is the tactfully edited version of that email...

Interest in the scrapbook project is looking keen, so we've solidified few guidelines about submissions, as well as details about production.

Because of the recent knowledge that Sarah is an anonymous lurker on the message board, we are going to attempt some semblance of a surprise by continuing all further correspondence through an email mailing list. To be put on the list, email me at plateofstars@yahoo.ca.

So get to work passioneers! And email me to get on the list ASAP!
