Just wondering if any of you are also from the buzzing metropolis that is Pickering Ontario...otherwise known as Sarah's hometown. I actually also went to the same high school that she did, and saw her when I was in grade 9, picking up her awards at convocation. It's amazing to think that she's come so far. Way to go Sarah!! Pickering is proud of you.

Hehe. I'm not from Snickering, but a friend of mine is, also went to her high school. It's cute, he pointed it out to me once. He was in her sister's year I believe.

I have some family in Pickering, but they wouldn't know of Sarah Slean.

I catch the GO train in Pickering....does that count??

And yes, the GO BUS is one of my methods of transit... though I have been known to (gasp) drive too... I currentyl commute to St. Cath. from hamilton, and in the new year will be commuting to Mississauga from here... and then st. c. again in may. *sigh* I can't wait til NEXT January when I can move to somewhere where I can WALK to work

From Pickering, and knows nothing of Sarah Slean?!?!?!?! Well, I guess these are the perils of living in surburbia. I blame it on the drinking water. (Downside to living right beside a power plant). I will become a Pickering ambassador for Sarah..make it my new mission.

Ha ha! Too cute! And yes, she had no idea of the wonderfulness that is the Sarah Slean experience! I had to introduce her to her music and try and erase that rap soot that has been clouding her eyes. I would have to contest it might be the drinking water haha!
