Has anyone else tried to preorder The Baroness and get Parasol only to have a "Technical Difficulties!!" pop up when you to try place your order? I really hope this will get fixed soon. I really want to get this album preordered and get Parasol...

This is the first time I have heard of this error.

You might want to email support with some details including the browser your using and when you placed the order.

That actually happened to me a couple times when I tried to pre-order. But after trying 4 times it worked.

Yeah, it was odd.

I emailed the support and they responded within about 12 hours and when I tried to order it again and get the error page again, the order went through.
