ok so I was reading Sarah's vitamins, and she mentioned 2 specific movies and 1 book that totally transformed my life.

I read the book Siddhartha like 5 years ago... I don't think I could pick a more perfect book to start any spiritual journey. It's an easy read, and after a couple pages you won't put that book down. It's just brilliant and insightful.... listen to the river...

What the Bleep do we Know? ... what can I say... well I can't say anything without my words or thoughts creating my reality. We are masters of our reality... created and manifested perfectly in a giant master plan. We are all one, made up of the same stuff.

We are sparks of God, flowing perfectly through space and time in a constant wheel of evolution. Beings of light always luminatiing, thus enlightening.

Waking Life.... how do you know if you're dreaming or awake? What is the difference? Want to experience a lucid dream? Turn off the lights... haha what a movie.

anyway, there's more where that came from...

Themes like that is what I thought made the first Matrix movie so good.

Cameron Bay.

I haven't seen/read the other two, but I made a point of seeing What The Bleep (Sarah's description really piqued my interest) and I agree... it's amazing. It brings you on a journey through what you used to think reality might have been.

I also watched What the Bleep because of her recommendation. There was a seminar by the authors here the weekend after I saw it and I was all excited and ready to go until I found out it would cost almost $400 US... Oh and about lucid dreaming, it's being featured on Coast to Coast radio next Thursday night.
