Hey guys,

So far I have a version of Lucky Me (the AVO sessions version ... I'll work on another one maybe tomorrow), the Day One intro - which is pretty much the same for the verses of the song and then it's just chords for the chorus, and I just finished Out in the Park today - I wrote it out until the chorus, and I also wrote the bridge part (partially from the Vicky Gaboreau show) - I just make up the chorus part whenever I play it, and it's really not hard to improvise that part. There are also chords up for California, which is basically all Sarah plays anyway.

I think I may try to work on Your Wish is My Wish, Vertigo, or Wake Up tomorrow.

Check all of these out via my Sarah page at:

http://www.geocities.com/sarahslean_blueparade/

There is a link above the table for my Sarah Slean Chord and Sheet Music archive.

Smiler

Let me know if you have any requests for either chords or sheets (I also have a couple of Charlotte sheets in .MUS format if anyone's interested).

If anyone's gone to my site, the links are currently being fixed and it should be running soon! Sorry for the mishap!

Just noticed -- Warner has recently sold its sheet music division.

Perhaps this will make music more likely -- as it will now be based on whether or not there's a market for it, and not on the record company forgetting about things?

As i'd mentioned in a previously thread, I got my daughter a piano (well, actually a 61 key electronic keyboard) for christmas and she was completely thrilled.

After spending a good part of the day working through the song-book provided with it, she asked if I could get her a song book for Sarah Slean's songs.

Natually, the first place that came to mind to look was here and I very quickly ended up on Kristilyn's "Blue Parade" website and printed off the sheet music to Sweet Ones.

The internet is a cool thing, and Passioneers are even cooler!

Kristilyn, thanks very much for putting the effort into transcribing the music and making it available on your website. Big Grin

Hey guys,

Just to let the users of my website know, I've updated the download page for sheetmusic and you will now need to download a (free) Finale viewer to see the sheets. The scans were taking up too much space, so I couldn't upload anymore! My apologies to all, but hopefully this won't bee too much trouble to anyone.

Also, the newest sheets up are those for The Score! Download them while they're hot!

Hello again!

OK, I went to the Finale site and I was wrong! Someone had told me before that the viewer worked,, but I checked out that download and it's only compatible for Finale2001-2003, and I have 2004a.

So, you'll have to download the Finale Notepad 2004 (just write this in the search box instead of viewer) - this is also free and it says that it's compatible with Finale2004. If that doesn't work, let me know!

For those of you who use the music on my site, new sheets are up!

Universe (pretty close to accurate)
Me and Jerome (a not-so-great-but-you'll-get-the-gist-of-it version)

and Your Armour by Charlotte Martin (the basic parts - it repeats the main part a lot, so there's only one of those - you'll have to fiddle around with the piano to see how you like it).

I'm also working on transcribing Sarah's vocal arrangement of Pie Jesu and I was thinking of doing My Invitation or Rock Star or Blue Parade next. Smiler

Keep checking out the page!

Hey guys,

The intro to My Invitation is up on Blue Parade. I'm still working on the rest of it, so keep your eyes peeled! I'm also working on the intro to Eliot (which makes it quite easy to play the rest of the song).
