Hmm it seems like maplemusic.com only accepts credit cards which seems like it won't be any good in your case.

this is a current auction... it doesn't give money directly to Sarah but it seems like the only alternative to me unless you knew someone here who could buy it for you and send it down. Plus, with ebay you can use money orders so no need to worry about the credit card situation.
